TOTAL SOLUTIONS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT, SECURITY, FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, FIRE, RESCUE, CLOTHING, MARINE CRAFT AND EMERGENCY/DISASTER RESPONSE
Another Schedule 84 contractor I support, serves the law enforcement community. Here the trick is to carefully position the company's offerings so that they can be easily found by Government buyers at www.gsaadvantage.gov - and that the effectiveness of the presentation is maximized. This has resulted in a steady growth of their GSA business over several years.
SCHEDULE 70:
GENERAL PURPOSE COMMERCIAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, AND SERVICES
Here I helped a medium-sized network security company, build up their IT related portfolio to over 160,000+ skus spread over various manufacturers. I also integrated their GSA catalog into their Salesforce IT system such that sales reps had easy access to accurate GSA pricing. There were also several Contractor Teaming Agreements (CTA) in place here. Each CTA catalog also had to be maintained in Salesforce so as to give sales reps alternative GSA pricing options. Monthly reporting of IFF both to GSA and to collaborating CTAs was part of my automated service.
I also helped a large, global enterprise, Ieading the process of building their proposal that resulted in the award their GSA contract. Once the contract was awarded, I built, submitted and then negotiated a variety of contract modifications bringing thousands of part numbers and products onto GSA.
